A new study has found that drinking two cups of oolong tea per day can help your body burn fat while you sleep.
Researchers asked a group of volunteers to drink either oolong tea, pure caffeine, or a placebo over a two week period.
They then looked at how these drinks affected the breakdown of fat.
Both oolong tea and pure caffeine increased fat breakdown by roughly 20% compared to the placebo.
However, unlike pure caffeine, oolong continued to work as the participants slept.
