OFFICIAL RULES FOR PCHFRONTPAGE INSTANT WIN GAME

PROMOTION SPECIFICS:
To enter the Sweepstakes, just access a participating website, then register or sign in and search the internet using the PCHFrontpage search services. Each time you enter a unique search term (up to a maximum of 25 searches), you will be eligible to win a prize or receive tokens. Clicking on a link or links after performing a search is not necessary to enter and does not improve a user's chances of winning. Clicking through to any other linked pages, including sponsored results and search results, will not result in additional Sweepstakes entries. No more than 25 searches per day will be eligible to win. You will win a prize if a prize amount is revealed.

Prizes will be paid in full by check or online gift code, unless otherwise noted.

During the course of searching you may be randomly granted up to Seven Hundred Fifty (750) Tokens. If a token amount is revealed, the token amount will be automatically credited to your PCH.COM Account.

ELIGIBLITY:
A limit of twenty-five entries into this Instant Win Game per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible. U.S. residents can enter ongoing Giveaways open to them by writing to the address shown below. Void where prohibited. All Giveaways are void in the province of Quebec and residents of that province are not eligible to enter or win. WINNER SELECTION METHODOLOGY - CASH PRIZES:
Computer-generated potential winning times will be randomly selected during the promotional periods and prizes will be randomly assigned to the winning times. If you are the first person to play at or after a winning time during the promotional periods, you will win a prize.

In the unlikely event that, due to a system malfunction or other technical error, more than one person is identified as a winner of a single instant-win prize, PCH reserves the right to hold a random drawing to determine the winner of the prize.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU WIN:
You will be notified immediately if you have won a prize. Winners must be fully registered with Publishers Clearing House and contact information must be up-to-date and accurate for prize to be awarded. All prizes under $600.00 will automatically be sent to you within 3-5 weeks. For prizes $600.00 and above, you will be contacted with further instructions on how to claim your prize. At least one prize in the amount promoted as a replenishable prize is guaranteed to be awarded during the promotional period, either as an instant win or in a random drawing at Giveaway end. All personally-identifiable information submitted by any winner to claim a prize is subject to the Privacy Policy.

PUBLICITY:
Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Parent or Legal Guardian must act for a minor.

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs or unanticipated program functions or results, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any cause beyond the control of Publishers Clearing House which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Publishers Clearing House reserves the right to terminate, suspend, adjust or modify the promotion to run as anticipated or otherwise in accordance with the fair application of the laws of chance. Entries become the property of Publishers Clearing House and will not be returned.

The use of unfair, improper or unauthorized methods to access and enter this Instant Win Game is strictly prohibited, including (but not limited to) the opening and/or use of multiple accounts, the use of multiple devices/browsers/browser tabs simultaneously, the use of unauthorized or altered software or hardware to assist play (including the use of bots, bot nets, collusion with bots and/or use of gaming software or programs), accessing the Site from a foreign or otherwise ineligible location or IP address, using automated technology, proxy servers or other means to conceal your identity, any act or circumstance that unfairly alters your chance of winning, gives you an unfair advantage, or constitutes the commission of fraud or deception. You and your entries may be disqualified if you attempt to circumvent these Official Rules of the Terms of Use of this website. At PCH's sole discretion, we may take action, including disabling a user's account, if we deem that a user is exhibiting unusual patterns of behavior and/or excessively clicking on a link or links after performing a search.

If you are suspected of fraudulent behavior, your account can be blocked and may be suspended from winning across all PCH online properties. If you feel you have been blocked in error, or to find out the status of your account, contact Customer Service.

If Publishers Clearing House changes the number of qualifying searches per day, or elects to shorten the Promotion Period, it will provide at least one day's prior notice through these Official Rules.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:
If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes (or, if that is not possible for any reason, in a random drawing from among other eligible entries for any or all of the unclaimed prizes offered in a Giveaway). No claimant in any dispute involving Publishers Clearing Houses shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Liability of Publishers Clearing House on any claim is limited to the value of the Prize in question.

DISPUTES:
Decisions of the Board of Judges are final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to play will be deemed to be the entrant. Failure by Publishers Clearing House to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
