High protein, low-sugar yogurts with berries on top for fiber and antioxidants is a great choice. Nut butter and fruit, like a banana or a sliced apple, have all the right elements for a good midnight snack. Finally, microwaved popcorn--with all its added chemicals--is a terrible option.
