Disney+ Says People Are Watching 31 Hours Of TV A Week

A new survey conducted by Disney+ has found that people are watching an average of 31 hours of television a week. The survey offers an insight into how coronavirus lockdowns have impacted people’s viewing habits. 27% of survey respondents admitted to watching TV during the day when they should be working. 37% said their favorite thing to do during lockdown is to watch TV shows and movies. 64% of people have rewatched a TV series in lockdown, with 43% choosing to watch “nostalgic shows”. The survey revealed that men watch five more hours of TV a week than women. The majority of men surveyed chose ‘Family Guy’ as their “guilty pleasure” TV series. The majority of women chose ‘Desperate Housewives’.
