Only 12% Of Americans Plan To Travel During Spring Break

A survey by the U.S. Travel Association has found that only 12% of Americans are planning a spring break trip this year.
The association says that travelers remain wary about traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The travel industry has been devastated by the pandemic, and it is unclear when demand for travel will return.

U.S. Travel Association president Roger Dow is encouraging people to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
The association also said that the number of people planning to travel during spring break fell from 16% a week earlier.
