Disney has postponed the release of several major blockbusters, including Marvel’s 'Black Widow'.
The movie, which was scheduled to release in theaters on November 6, has been pushed back to May 2021.
'Black Widow' was one of the only remaining blockbusters that was scheduled to hit theaters in 2020.
Other Marvel movies have also been delayed. 'Eternals' has been moved from February to November 2021.
‘Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ will now premiere in July 2021. It was originally set to be released in May.
Steven Spielberg’s 'West Side Story' has been delayed by a year and will now release in December 2021.
This is devastating news for movie theaters, which have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
Some experts say that theaters may have to close again due to a lack of new films to show.
However, Disney is still set to release Pixar’s ‘Soul’ in late November this year
